Tour cancellation policy Dear customers, We appreciate your interest in participating in our tours. To guarantee a satisfactory experience for all our customers and ensure the efficient operation of our services, we have established the following cancellation policies: 1. Cancellation by the client: - If you wish to cancel your participation in a tour, we ask that you notify us at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled tour date. - A cancellation fee of 40% of the total tour cost will apply if cancellation is made within 72 hours. - In case of cancellations made outside the established period, the client will not be eligible to receive a refund and the total amount paid for the tour will be retained. 2. Cancellation by the company: - In exceptional circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions, unforeseen logistical problems or lack of minimum participants, social disorder, public demonstrations, etc., we reserve the right to cancel a tour. - In case of cancellation by the company, clients will have the option to reschedule the tour for a later date or receive a full refund of the amount paid. 3. Changes to the reservation: - Changes to tour dates are subject to availability and must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance. - Additional charges may apply for changes to the reservation, depending on availability and pricing policies in effect at the time. 4. No presentation: - In the event that a client does not show up on the scheduled tour date and time without prior notice, no refunds will be made and it will be considered a late cancellation.
